• A down payment (DP) is required to book a slot and is non-refundable if you cancel.

  • Payments can be self-payment or full payment (if you use full payment method, must be settled at least 1 day before ticketing).

  • The remaining balance is paid only if your ticket is secured; no need to pay the rest if you don't get a ticket.

  • You may use personal or admin data. Each slot covers max. 2 IDs more than that requires a new form.

  • Prices are for ticketing only and exclude bracelet exchanges.

  • Late payments are not accepted, you will still be charged. Please stay on standby 1-3 hours during ticketing. You may also try it yourself; as long as Kaevi has not sent you a Virtual Account, you will not be charged.

  • Kaevi will not advance ticket payments. If you may be unavailable, please use full payment to avoid issues.

  • Refunds are possible, but the DP is non-refundable.




  • Girls Trip and Private Trip requests are available and can be arranged upon request

  • A 40% deposit (DP) is required upfront as a confirmation of participation.

  • The deposit is non-refundable, except in the event that the trip is canceled by Kaevi.

  • The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than H-7 (seven days before departure). Failure to complete the payment by this deadline will be considered a withdrawal.

  • Participants may request a name change or transfer to another destination, subject to slot availability.

  • Kaevi provides basic first-aid assistance only and does not provide travel insurance. Participants are fully responsible for their own health, medical conditions, and personal risks.

  • Participants are required to follow the travel itinerary and comply with all instructions from the tour leader to ensure a smooth schedule.

  • Participants must comply with local laws, customs, and social norms, and are fully responsible for any fines, damages, or violations resulting from personal actions.

  • Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Kaevi reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip due to force majeure, including weather, natural disasters, government regulations, or safety concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed; alternatives such as rescheduling, trip transfer, or vouchers may be offered.
